Looking to update our Commuter model, we designed this sleek new urban laptop pannier. Narrower than our other models but with enough space to carry your laptop, lunch and clothing. Add it more functionality with 2 easy access pockets for grab-and-go items such as a cell phone, keys or gloves and a water bottle side pocket.
This is the perfect pannier for people who travel light.

As with all Arkel panniers, the Signature C is equipped with our patented Cam-Lock mounting system with solid aluminum hooks that won't bend or break.

New Eco-Friendly Fabric
The bag is offered in sustainable X-Pac RX30 material to reduce its environmental footprint.
RX30 is a waterproof, carbon-neutral fabric made of 100 % recycled post-consumer polyester. It DWR is C0 and like our Cordura nylon, It's made in the USA.
RX30 is made of 3 layers:
- 300 denier 100% recycled polyester face with Durable Water Repellent (DWR);
- Post-consumer recycled polyester X-PLY reinforcement;
- Waterproof 0.5 mils polyester film.
- If your rack tubing diameter is bigger than 15mm (and up to 21mm), you will need the Oversized Cam-Lock. More details here
