Returns and Exchanges
- Return Period: Most products can be returned within 14 days if they are unopened, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Store Credit: Most products may be returned between 15 and 30 days if they are unopened, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt for a store credit, which must be used within one year.
- Final Sale Items: Special orders, helmets, tubes, bicycle shorts, tools, tires, bikes, lubricants, child carriers and sale merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds are done in the same method as purchase, example, visa to visa, cash for cash, etc.
New Bike Purchase Shipping Fee
All bicycles purchased at Cycle Solutions will have a Bike Shipping Fee From Distribution Warehouse to Cycle Solutions of $29.99 - $79.99 (Analog) - $39.99 - $99.99 (Electric). This fee is to cover the partial cost of shipping of the bicycle from the distribution warehouse to our shop.
Warranty
Cycle Solutions does not provide direct warranties. Warranty coverage is determined by the manufacturer and applies only to defects or recalls. Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, chains, brakes, cables) is not covered.
- A Warranty Processing Fee may apply.
- Shipping Fees of Warranty Item(s) to manufacturer and or manufacturer to Cycle Solutions will be apply.
- For warranty claims, consult the manufacturer’s policies and procedures.
- Original proof of purchase is always required for Warranty. Warranties are non-transferable.
Extended Service
All new bicycles purchased from Cycle Solutions include two years of free basic tune-ups.
Special Orders
- Deposits: Special orders for products or accessories require a 50% deposit, while bicycle orders require a 25% deposit.
- Restocking Fee: Special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to the Returns and Exchanges Policy.
