Returns and Exchanges

• Return Period: Most products can be returned within 7 days if they are unopened, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Store Credit: Products returned between 8 and 30 days are eligible for store credit, which must be used within one year.
• Final Sale Items: Helmets, tubes, bicycle shorts, tools, tires, bikes, lubricants, and sale merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty

Cycle Solutions does not provide direct warranties. Warranty coverage is determined by the manufacturer and applies only to defects or recalls. Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, chains, brakes, cables) is not covered.

• A Warranty Processing Fee may apply.
• For warranty claims, consult the manufacturer’s policies and procedures.

Extended Service

All new bicycles purchased from Cycle Solutions include two years of free basic tune-ups.

Special Orders

• Deposits: Special orders for products or accessories require a 50% deposit, while bicycle orders require a 25% deposit.
• Restocking Fee: Special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to the Returns and Exchanges Policy.
