Online Orders
Parts, Accessories, and Clothing Purchases
- Most orders are ready within one business day. Some items may require extra processing time due to off-site inventory or assembly needs.
- We’ll email you when your order is processed and again when it’s ready for pickup. For urgent needs, please call us to confirm product availability before visiting the store.
- Orders must be picked up within 30 days unless special arrangements are made. After 30 days, a restocking fee will apply, and the balance will be returned as in-store credit. Unclaimed items after 30 days will be considered abandoned.
Bicycle Purchases
- We do not ship bicycles purchased online. All bikes on our website are available for in-store pickup at 444 Parliament Street.

Returns
Parts, Accessories, and Clothing
- Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unused, in original condition, and include the receipt and undamaged packaging. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (Visa for Visa, cash for cash, etc.). If this is not possible, store credit will be provided.
Final Sale Items
- Bicycles, car racks, child carriers, tools, service repair parts, shorts, helmets, lubricants, tires, tubes, clearance items, and special-order products are final sale.
Note: Most apparel brands offer comfort guarantees. Check with a sales associate or the brand’s website for details.
Shipping
- We ship within Canada using Canada Post Regular Parcel (Ground). Oversized items, including bicycles, cannot be shipped. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and a tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
- Orders ship from 444 Parliament Street, Toronto, ON, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders are processed within 24 hours, though delays may occur due to product location or high order volumes. You will be notified by email if your order is delayed.
Order Fulfillment
- If an item in your order is unavailable due to an inventory error, we will contact you. Your credit card is pre-authorized at checkout, but you will only be charged for the items shipped. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your final charge.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspicious activity or other security concerns.
Warranty
Cycle Solutions does not directly guarantee or warrant products but will assist in processing manufacturer warranties. To start a warranty claim:
- Email us at downtownsales@cycle-solutions.com with a detailed description, photos of the defective product (cleaned if necessary), and the original receipt.
- If the product was purchased elsewhere but is from a brand we carry, we can assist if you have proof of purchase. Allow at least two weeks for processing.
Note: Some brands may charge a warranty processing fee. Check with us or the brand’s website for details.
Prices and Information
We strive for accuracy in pricing and product details but acknowledge that errors may occur. If you find a mistake, please bring it to our attention. We reserve the right to cancel orders and make corrections when necessary.

- All transactions are protected with SSL encryption.
- Only the last four digits of your credit card are displayed on-screen.
- Third-party service providers access your information only to fulfill orders and cannot use it for other purposes.
